365 Days Returns & Exchanges Policy
We gladly accept any unworn, unused product with original tags and packaging All The Year and 365 days (Purchase date should not be Older than 60 Days)
- Products with genuine faults: We’ll replace these free of charge (only in the areas where our logistic partner services are available) and our courier will arrange pickup. If an incorrect product is sent, we will arrange for its replacement or exchange at our expense.
- Delivery charges for returns and exchanges will not be refunded if there’s no genuine fault.
- Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the item.
- Customers must send merchandise via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at their own expense if they wish to exchange products without any faults.
- Due to differences in studio lighting, product color may vary slightly from images, and thus color-related exchanges or refunds are not accepted.
- In cases of change of mind, customer mistake, or personal reason, products will only be replaced, or a voucher will be issued for future shopping.
- Refund requests are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product.
- All returns should be sent to TrustnBuy.pk’s return address (contact customer support for details).

If you wish to return, replace, or exchange any part of your online order, please contact customer support at 0309-3557788. -
Repack
Ensure good packaging of the product (Photo packaging should be sent to our customer before sending parcel to us) you wish to replace and send a photo of the packaging to our customer support. After approval, you will be notified of further steps. -
Replacement
- In case of a replacement, our courier will pick up the item you wish to return from your location and deliver the new parcel to your doorstep.
- For returns due to change of mind, customer mistake, or any other personal reason, the customer must pay the shipping charges as per the current courier rates.

If returning an item due to change of mind or personal reasons, the customer must send the merchandise via traceable delivery at their own expense.
