Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders over Rs. 2999. For orders below Rs. 2999, a shipping fee of Rs. 250 will be applied For Orders Paid Via Cash on Delivery. Orders placed after 12:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be dispatched the following day.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once an order is placed, customers receive a confirmation email and a call, along with an order number. This order number can be used to easily track the order status online. Order statuses are categorized as follows:

• Pending: The initial status once the order is placed.
• Shipped: Status updates to “Shipped” once the order is dispatched, meaning it is en route to you.
• Delivered: Status changes to “Delivered” upon receipt of the order.
• Delivery Failed: If unreachable or the address is incorrect, we will attempt delivery for up to four business days. After this, the status will be marked as “Delivery Failed.”

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please check that the parcel seal is intact before making payment to the delivery agent. If the seal is open or damaged, do not accept the parcel and contact our team immediately.
